Every morning, I do something unusual:
I don’t open my inbox. Or my to-do list.

I open ChatGPT.

Here’s my 5-minute morning AI routine:

📝 Step 1: “Here’s what’s on my plate today. Prioritize it.”
📋 Step 2: “Suggest time blocks + breaks for deep work.”
🧘 Step 3: “Give me 3 quick habits to reduce distraction.”

And just like that, my day is pre-decided by AI.

💭 Why this matters:
Decision fatigue kills productivity.
But when AI reduces choices—you gain energy and focus.

This one small shift made me sharper, calmer, and way more consistent.
